SULEJA GAS EXPLOSION 5 KILLED

Niger State Police Command said no fewer than five persons were killed after a gas station explosion in Suleja.

According to the Assistant Commissioner of Police in the command, Abubakar Yahaya, the explosion occurred  on Friday July 10 and had got no fewer than 5 persons killed.

He said the police were immediately deployed to the scene to safeguard further loss of lives and Property.

“Some staff of the company said three staff and two customers lost their lives, while those injured were rushed to Sabon Wuse General Hospital.

“However the two people that sustained high degree burns were referred to a specialist hospital in Zaria” he said.
