What could this meant!!, Cameroonian Police arrested this white man with explosives & arms in his car...

Explosives and arms were found in a white man car Yesterday, 25 by the  Police in Yaounde-Cameroon.

He was taken away imediatly by the police and they are yet to release a press statement on who the man could possibly be and where he is from and heading to.
