A developer in Vietnam has released a tool to make installing Android apps easy to do under Windows 10 Mobile. After installing the app, virtually any Android APK file can be installed.

NEW PHOTO STORY APP TURNS PHOTOS INTO VIDEO
Microsoft released the Photo Story app for Windows Phone. The app collects groups of photos on the phone and makes videos with them. It uses machine learning to pick the best photos for making such videos.

SKYPE FOR BUSINESS COMING FOR ANDROID, IOS, BUT NOT WINDOWS PHONE
Microsoft is allowing IT testers for Skype for Business for iOS and Android, and this is frustrating some Windows Phone enthusiasts. It is logical that Microsoft releases its apps for other mobile platforms, but the faithful are not happy that the firm's own platform is always lagging behind.
Most likely Microsoft is waiting for Windows 10 Mobile to get released officially before bringing parity to its apps.

NEXT INSIDER PREVIEW OF WINDOWS 10 MOBILE TO IMPROVE EDGE
The next version of the insider preview of Windows 10 Mobile will bring improvements to the Edge browser. This was tweeted out by a Microsoft engineer working with the Edge browser team.
His tweet said that nothing was new for Edge in the preview version just released, but that folks should wait for the next one.
