From the image above and based on Windows central, Microsoft’s minimum requirement for OEMs is a device with a display resolution of at least 800×480 resolution, 512MB of RAM, a 4GB of storage, and a VGA camera. No front-facing camera is required.
With these requirements, you can easily guess the strategy Microsoft is trying to adopt…In my opinion, I think they are trying to court as many low-end devices as possible, because by introducing a spec list as low as this, OEMs will be able to churn out affordable Windows 10 devices – More Windows 10 devices, more profit for Microsoft.
